Alice Allan

Alice Allan grew up in rural Devon. After jobs as an actress in the UK and Japan, she moved to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where she worked as a lactation consultant in public hospitals.

She's now a public health communications specialist, and back living near London with her husband, two daughters and a large Ethiopian street dog called Frank.

Her other books include Sugar Sugar, a novel for young adults with a type 1 diabetic heroine.
