Afra

Afra is an Argentinian book illustrator and art educator who lives in Tandil with her husband and two children. She has always been interested in the possibility of choosing a natural way of living: be it the birth of our children, the food we eat, the education we give and receive, or the way we treat our bodies. Among other books, Afra illustrated The Mystery of the Breast as a way of promoting the natural act of breastfeeding in children’s books. The book participated in the III Illustrated Books Contest “Lactancia & Crianza” organised in 2010 by FEDECATA (Barcelona, Spain) and was awarded a Mention of Honour for its illustrations.
