UK delivery is free for orders over £20, or £2.50 for orders below £20.
Your orders are usually despatched on the same, or following, working day via Royal Mail (MyHermes for larger orders). However please allow up to ten days during sales. Preorders will be despatched as soon as we have stock.
Unfortunately we don't ship books outside the UK. Wordery is a good option as they offer great discounts and free delivery worldwide. Alternatively, if you would like to place a large order (20 copies or more), then please see our bulk orders page where we can quote a favourable shipping cost for you.
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, however we appreciate that occasionally your items may arrive and not be quite what you had in mind. With our no quibbles guarantee you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days, and we’ll issue a full refund for the price you paid for your items. Items need to be returned at your cost, unless they are defective.
